After a first home buying experience that was less than positive, Monica decided to become licensed in 1984. She did not want others to have a similar experience, which is one reason she takes extra time to help first time homebuyers. Recently Licensed as Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker United. She is also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and has earned her Quality Service Certification (QSC). Just recently also earned Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)designation, thus enabling her to skillfully negotiate on behalf of her clients.
